Norme in caso di recesso dalla prenotazione
- L'acconto versato al momento della prenotazione (40% dell'importo totale del soggiorno) non verrā rimborsato in caso di vostra disdetta; non sarā comunque dovuto altro importo.
- L'importo del soggiorno č riferito, a forfait, all'intero periodo prenotato (settimana, mese, ecc.). In caso di ritardato arrivo o interruzione del soggiorno per vostra volontā o necessitā, non verrā scontato alcunchč per il periodo non effettuato.
Cancellation policy
- The reservation deposit (40% of the total rate for your stay) will not be refund in case of cancellation; nothing more will be due in any case.
- The total rate is referred, as a forfait, to the entire period reserved (week, month, ...). In case of delayed arrival or anticipate departure, for your personal will or necessity, nothing will be discounted for the remaining period.
Come prenotare
Per la prenotazione č necessaria una conferma via e-mail o fax (vedi modulo di prenotazione) ed il pagamento, possibilmente entro 3 giorni lavorativi dalla suddetta conferma, di una caparra pari al 40% dell'importo totale del soggiorno, a mezzo PayPal, carta di credito (VISA, Mastercard) o bonifico bancario.
How to make a reservation
To make a reservation is necessary an e-mail or fax confirmation (use the reservation form), followed, possibly within 3 working days, by the payment of a 40% deposit of the total amount of the stay by PayPal, credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or bank transfer.
Important: do not make any payment before receiving an e-mail confirmation by the owner
